I know how sweet he CAN be but his temper is just way off the charts! I would never subject myself to his abuse no matter what the stakes. It's worse than bootcamp! I think that there are other ways he could criticize in a better way but then that wouldn't make it "Hell's Kitchen" and have the awesome ratings it has! lol I would have to totally agree about Chef Ramsay!
