Already Scary #5 – Clowns

It is hard to tell whether it is because of certain horror movies, their creepy makeup or that they are generally older males playing creepy dress up for little kids. But something about clowns are just scary. It really doesn’t matter if they are making jokes or throwing pies in people’s faces, clowns are just inherantly scary.
The most famous of scary clowns is “Pennywise” from the movie IT. That movie pretty much solidified just how scary clowns were and the evil things they were truly capable of. It is beyond me why they even exist in society any longer. I would venture to guess that over half of the world finds clowns at least a little bit scary, while some people find them deathly scary and likely have frequent nightmares about them.
I am not sure about you, but personally I DO find something unsettling about a grown man putting makeup on and bright over-sized clothing so that he can run around and act like a child himself through exaggerated actions and expressions. Do you have a clown phobia? Don’t worry if you do, I guarantee you are not the only one.

omg have you seen the clown conventions? i think theres one held in mexico i saw it on the news and it was the scariest thing id ever seen an army of thousands dressed as clowns all there to scare the living crap out of us.
it should be stopped … no really it should >_<
I think its the movies that make them scary but, something about lots of people in painted masks is scary. I guess no matter what they did you could not easily point them out in a line up without the fake face haha.,
Here is probably the scariest clown page ever or sure the most unusual. Not hiring the scary one for parties that is for sure.
